Reflection #1
During break today, I borrowed my friend’s phone for a moment and it annoyed me how slow her older one worked. I was so used to my phone working really fast I couldn’t imagine having to wait this long for an app to open. It made me think how people are used to their phones doing everything for them and working so fast that if they had to go back to the times where mobile phones worked a lot slower and couldn’t do all the things they do now, or even back to the time where they didn’t exist at all, people would be completely lost and would have a big problem adjusting. Many people, especially teenagers or young adults like me, are somewhat addicted to their phones and keep all of their photos and other important things on them. Most of us don’t even realise how lucky we are to have such technology we can use on a daily basis.
